Adeyeye commended the traditional rulers for being at the forefront of the struggle, appreciated the special role that they have played and stressed that the Obas in Lagos State met and endorsed Tinubu to run for President.

In his response, the Onigando of Igando who received the delegation said emphatically that Tinubu would emerge, President, while he prayed for the team and assured them of their support.

“I remember telling him (Tinubu) at an event that he would become president someday. I have that strong belief that he would become President when the time is right” the traditional ruler said.
