Ukraine and Belgium Sign Bilateral Security Agreement, Includes Delivery of 30 F-16 Fighter Jets

During a meeting in Brussels between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, Ukraine and Belgium have finalized a bilateral security agreement, encompassing the procurement of 30 F-16 fighter jets.

“The document encompasses a minimum of 977 million euros in Belgian military assistance to Ukraine for the current year, alongside Belgium’s pledge to sustain support throughout the ten-year duration of the agreement,” Zelenskiy conveyed in a social media update.
