Nnamdi Kanu Lawyers begins continental legal action against Nigeria and Kenya at the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights because Nigeria and Kenya are State Parties to the African Charter.

This is as a result of Nnamdi kanu been illegal transferred or handing over by the Kenya Govt. to Nigeria without due process of extradition, said his Lawyers.

Nnamdi Kanu’s legal counsel wants the proscribed separatist leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, to be returned back to Kenya as a free man and a British citizen as it was noticed that with the absence of any successful extradition proceedings in Kenya, the Nigerian bench warrant that stand against Kanu is invalid and he cannot be arrested in Kenya.

Alloy Ejimako, one of the lawyers in a statement explains that Nigeria and Kenya have extradition laws that forbids extraordinary rendition of Nnamdi Kanu.
