OKEKE, IN THE COURT DOCUMENT POSTED ON HIS TWITTER HANDLE ON MONDAY, ALLEGED THAT THE DEFENDANTS ACTED IN A MANNER “WITH INTENT TO ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION OF AN UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY UNDER THE GUISE OR COMPOSITION OF #ENDSARS”.
